FRANK BRANDY
Commercial & Residential Real Estate
Let me be Frank - I help you buy, sell or invest with confidence.
Frank’s journey into investment and entrepreneurship began in the early 1990’s when he found Brandneu LLC and successfully owned and operated 13 Subway restaurants across Greater Cincinnati for over two decades. During that time, he served on the National Advertising Committee for five years, earned the Franchise of the Year Award and was recognized with the citywide Customer Service Award.
These experiences provided Frank with firsthand insight into the needs of business owners, laying a strong foundation for his work in both commercial and residential real estate. His background gives him a unique edge when helping clients evaluate commercial properties from an owner-operator perspective. Whether guiding someone through a personal home purchase or helping a business secure the right space, Frank’s approach is rooted in expert guidance, strategic thinking and exceptional customer service.
